Today on 4^thof April 2019, at the base of the Independent Media Commission (IMC) was held the constitutive meeting of the Working Group on Technical Issues.

Based on the decision of IMC of the meeting held on 21 March 2019 was established the Working Group on Technical Issues. The purpose of establishment of the present Working Group to bring forward the working process of digitalization ofterrestrial broadcasting.

The Working Group on Technical Issues based on the decision of the IMC shall be responsible for preparation of a joint project for Digitalization of Terrestrial Broadcasting in the Republic of Kosovo as one of the main objectives of the IMC for 2019 year.

The present Working Group is composed from IMC, RTK, KTV, TV21, AMPEK (regional media) KTTN, RAEPCand MED. The Working Group is chaired by the Independent Media Commission.

The Working Group on Technical Issues based on the Terms of Reference is obliged to compile a final report on their findings and forward it to the IMC Commissionin order to be handled further.
