Licensed parties to the IMC may submit requests for changes to the IMC license package such as:

- Change of license ownership;

- Changing the type of business;

- Changing the program scheme;

- Change of transmission location;

- Changing the technical parameters of the transmission;

- Changing the broadcast category; and

- Change of the licensee's name.
