Annual financial reporting is a legal obligation for licensees, as defined by Law No. 04/L-44 on the Independent Media Commission, respectively Article 28, paragraph 1, which stipulates that:

“Licensed audiovisual media services shall submit an annual report to IMC, which shall include information regarding the programme and action in accordance with licence conditions, along with a detailed financial report and other information as provided for by law."

The Independent Media Commission (IMC), taking into account the current situation created after the outbreak of Covid-19 virus in Kosovo and the declaration of a state of emergency in public health by the Ministry of Health, informs you that it has postponed the deadline for annual financial reporting.

Based on this situation, IMC, with purpose of providing additional opportunities to all licensees, has decided to extend the reporting deadline from 31 March 2020 the deadline is extended to 30 April 2020.

Due to the movement restrictions schedule, IMC invites licensees to submit annual financial reports by e-mail: info@kpm-ks.org.
