The Independent Media Commission (IMC), in its meeting held on 31 January 2020, approved for public hearing the DRAFT Regulation on Distribution of Audio and Audiovisual Media Service Providers. The open period for public comments was from 3 February 2020 to 30 April 2020. With purpose of providing additional opportunities to all stakeholders to provide their written comments on the said regulation, IMC has decided to extend indefinitely the open period for public comments.

The reason for the indefinite postponement is due to the emergency situation with Covid 19. For any changes from this notification, IMC will notify stakeholders and the public promptly.
