In the framework of the cooperation between the IMC with the Department of Journalism of the University of Prishtina (UP) and the Kosovo Media Institute (IMK), today in the IMC Office was held the next meeting between their representatives.

The purpose of this meeting was to initiate and concretize the projects which are based on the Memorandum of Cooperation of the IMC with UP and IMK.

With the support of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, it has been achieved to start implementing the objectives of the memorandum, respectively the beginning of the internship for journalism students, selected by the Department of Journalism. The purpose of this engagement is to research and analyze program content regarding child representation and gender representation in the media.

This is only the first concrete step towards the implementation of the memorandum, because the cooperation between the IMC, IMK and UP will continue with future projects, aimed at addressing media topics in the field of audiovisual media services. .
