The Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo in the session held on January 21, 2022, has reviewed the recommendation of the Ad Hoc Commission for the selection of candidates for members of the Independent Media Commission and has elected 3 members of the IMC.

They are Mr. Besnik Berisha, Mr. Jeton Mehmeti and Mr. Fatih Basha.

Their mandates are determined by lot as provided by Article 13, paragraph 2, of Law no. 04 / L-44 on the IMC.

The mandates are as follows:

Besnik Berisha - 4-year term

Jeton Mehmeti - 3-year term

Fatih Basha - 3-year term.

With the appointment of these 3 members, the IMC Commission is now fully composed of 7 members.
