The Independent Media Commission (IMC), on May 30, 2022, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the IMC, Mr. Xhevat Latifi, has held ten regular meetings for this year.

Following the approval of the agenda and minutes from the last meeting, according to the agenda, the Commission has reviewed several licensing cases. After reviewing the licensing cases, the Commission found that two requests met the legal criteria while one did not and decided to approve the following recommendations:

• TV D + application for licensing of media service providers with broadcasting through the network of distribution operators. After reviewing, the Committee concluded that not all legal criteria of the IMC were met, therefore decided to postpone this request for review for another meeting.
• CORONA MEDIA D.O.O- request for termination of the license of Audiovisual Media Service Providers (OSHMA): Balkan Hot, Balkan HOT 2, TV Tajna, Telebet and Decija TV. After reviewing, the Commission concluded that the legal criteria of the IMC were met and decided to approve this request.
• Recommendation for announcing a public competition for free radio frequencies in Bosnian language in Vitomirica, Municipality of Peja. The commission reviewed the recommendation and decided to announce a public tender for free radio frequencies in the Bosnian language in Vitomirica - Peja.
