The Independent Media Commission (IMC), on June 16, 2023, under the leadership of the Chairman of the IMC, Mr. Jeton Mehmeti, held its second regular meeting for this year.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Commission approved the President's proposal to change the agenda, putting on the agenda the case of the suspension of the business certificate of the company "Klan Kosova" Sh.p.k. and removing items 4,5,6 and 8 from the agenda.

The media service provider "Klan Kosova" is obliged, within 30 days, from the acceptance of of this decision, to complete the necessary documentation for holding the broadcast license, in accordance with Regulation IMC-2021/01 for Audio and Audiovisual Media Service Providers, and 2) Failure to act in accordance with Regulation IMC-2021/01 within the deadline defined above, will result in sanctioning measures defined in the Law on IMC.
