At the invitation of the Agency for Electronic Communications of North Macedonia (AEK), the Chairman of the IMC Mr. Jeton Mehmeti accompanied by the member Mr. Besnik Berisha, Deputy Chief Executive Mr. Faruk Rexhaj, are participating in the international conference on frequency management that is being held in Ohrid, North Macedonia.

The discussion topics at this conference are: Frequency Spectrum Management and Monitoring, Cyber Security, Radio Frequency Coordination for Updating the Development of Regional Agreements for DAB (digital radio service) and Broadband (broadband broadcasting) and regulatory issues.

On the margins of the conference, the representatives of the IMC also held a bilateral meeting with the representatives of AEK, where they discussed the need for coordination and recognition of mutual broadcasting frequencies.
