Issuance of licenses by IMC is done for several categories:

Audiovisual media service provider (OSHMA) who are natural or legal persons who have editorial responsibility for selecting the audio-visual content of the media service and determining the manner of its organization.

Media service providers can be terrestrial / frequency broadcast and media service providers through the distribution operator.

Another category is Distribution Operators (OSH) which are legal entities that distribute audio-visual media services to users through cable network, IPTV and any other form of distribution outside the radio-broadcasting frequency band.
