The Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Mr. Nicholas Abbott, received today the Chairman of the IMC, Mr. Jeton Mehmeti, and the IMC member, Mr. Besnik Berisha.

President Mehmeti thanked Ambassador Abbott for the support that the British Embassy is offering to the IMC in the recruitment process for the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Mayor Mehmeti has also recognized the Ambassador Abbott also with the priorities of the KPM that are related to the respect of the Code of Ethics in reporting, the protection of the public from harmful media content and the promotion of a healthy media market, with the aim of preserving the pluralism and diversity of the media ecosystem in Kosovo.
